The Do's
- Please follow the park's slide safety guidelines and regulations.
- The General Access Entrance fee includes the use of all water slides & pools and access to the restaurants and other facilities.
- You may bring your own camping chairs & beach umbrellas.
- Proper swimwear is to be worn at all times.
- You are welcome to use the lockers to safeguard your valuables
The Don'ts
- Parents may not accompany a child shorter than 1.3m down an adult slide.
- No food or drinks may be brought into the park.
- No alcohol is sold within the park and no alcohol is allowed to be brought into the theme park.
- No pets allowed.
- No firearms, or weapons of any sort are allowed into the park.
- Dangerous or offensive behaviour is not allowed.
In the interest and safety of all visitors, Mzansi Theme Park reserves the right to restrict access to one or more of the fun rides or attractions during the course of your visit. While we take the utmost care to ensure the safety and maintenance of our rides, Lazy River, Wave Pools, Gym Equipment and kids activities, we are required by Consumer Protection Laws to inform you that in partaking in activities that are subject to the risk of an unusual nature or character (which could result in possible injury or death).
- Please follow the safety guidelines and height restrictions.
- Dangerous activities, weaponry, and behaviour are strictly prohibited.
Mzansi Theme Park shall not be liable for any injury and loss suffered by visitors of the park due to their own negligence,or harmful behaviour on their part or for any reason whatsoever.
Valuable belongings
- Storage lockers are available at R40 each and an R20 deposit
- Do not leave your belongings unattended.
Parent(s)/ Guardian Responsibility
Parent(s) and/or guardian(s) must make sure that children do not stray into pools unattended. It is the responsibility of parent(s)/ guardian(s) to ensure that their children are able to swim or participate in any water activities.
Ticket
- Tickets are valid for the date purchased only. Incorrect date of entry tickets will NOT be accepted.
- 1 (One) ticket means access for 1 (One) person.
- Tickets can be purchased online and/or at the theme park entrance.
ON-SITE & ONLINE TICKET SALES
The sale of tickets is subject to availability. STRICTLY NO REFUND.
In cases where prices are subject to change, prior notice hereto will be announced within the business day.
In order to comply with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, Mzansi Theme Park will not make refunds, however,customers may elect to get complimentary tickets (valid for 1 year) or reschedule the date of their visit if their visit to thepark is affected by unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Mzansi Theme Park (For example load-shedding,adverse weather patterns).
Parking
- Parking is available in the park for Mzansi guests at no cost.
Mzansi Theme Park shall not be liable for any loss or damage to property through theft, fire, collisions of cars in the parking area, or any reason whatsoever.
ALL VEHICLES ARE PARKED AT THE OWNERS’ RISK.
Rain/ Bad weather
- In case of rain or bad weather predictions thereof, tickets must be rescheduled before 11 AM on the day of the scheduled visit. No tickets will be rescheduled thereafter.
STRICTLY NO REFUND.
As a rule, MzansiTheme Park does not give refunds on the ticket(s).
However, in order to comply with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, Mzansi Theme Park customers may elect to get complimentary tickets (valid for 1 year) or reschedule the date of their visit if their visit to the park is affected by unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Mzansi Theme Park (For example adverse weather patterns).
As a general rule, no food and/or beverages should be brought into the park. However, management has the choice toindicate otherwise in certain instances (For example, Picnic Days and other promotional events.)

However, in order to comply with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, Mzansi Theme Park customers may elect to get complimentary tickets (valid for 1 year) or reschedule the date of their visit if their visit to the park is affected by unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Mzansi Theme Park (For example load-shedding, Eskom outage).
Mzansi Theme Park is under Block 8 (Eskom), please visit the Eskom website to check the load shedding schedule.
Website Indemnity
- Whilst Mzansi Theme Park takes reasonable care to ensure that the information on the site is correct and up to date, users of the site should not assume that this will invariably be the case. Mzansi Theme park does not give any warranties as to the accuracy, timeliness, validity and safety of any information appearing on the site.
Important Disclaimer
All visitors who enter Mzansi Theme Park attend, and participate in entertainment functions, rides and events entirely at their own risk. All children under 12 years of age shall be subject to responsible supervision by an adult.
Mzansi Theme Park does not accept responsibility or liability for loss or damage to any property whether placed in its custody or otherwise, nor for injury to, or death of any person(s) entering, attending, participating in any entertainment, functions, rides, amenities, attractions and events, whether as a result of negligence or breach of contract on the part of the Mzansi Theme Park or from any cause whatsoever.
All visitors indemnify and hold Mzansi Theme Park, its employees, agents or contractors harmless against any claim made by their family members or dependents, any person, or a third party arising from the death of or injury to a visitor. It is also effective, whether or not such death, injury, damage or loss is caused directly or indirectly, entirely or partly, by any negligent act or omission of Mzansi Theme Park.
Should any aid or assistance rendered by Mzansi Theme Park to any person in any manner or form whatsoever, in the event of any incident leading to loss of or damage to property, injury or death in Mzansi Theme Park, such assistance shall not constitute an admission of liability on the part of Mzansi Theme Park. Neither shall it constitute a waiver by Mzansi Theme Park of its rights.
In the interest of your safety and the safety of all visitors, Mzansi Theme Park reserves the right to refuse you access to one or more of the fun rides or attractions during the course of your visit.

No liquor or banned substance or food may be brought into Mzansi Theme Park and no liquor may be removed from Happy Island Waterworld. Proper swimming will attire is to be worn by all bathers, young and old. No underwear will be allowed.
