Welcome to Mzansi Theme Park! By accessing or using our services, including our website and attractions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Admission and Participation in Mzansi Theme park event(s) are entirely at your own risk. The organizers and venue accept no responsibility whatsoever for injury, death, loss or damage of any nature to persons, vehicles or belongings, even in case of negligence. Due care has been taken in making sure that events are safe and secure.

All details (including ticket pricing and event) relating to Mzansi Theme Park are subject to change without notice.

Online Payment Terms & Conditions

1. Detailed description of goods and/or services

Mzansi Theme Park is a business in the amusement & entertainment attraction industry that provides access to amusement and entertainment facilities.

2. Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 days and delivery confirmed by our ticketing system (KOID ticketing).

3. Return and Refunds policy

Tickets by Mzansi Theme Park are subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, bad event, or unforeseen circumstances, Mzansi Theme Park may reschedule the date of the visit within 30 days (Terms & Conditions apply).

4. Customer Privacy policy

Mzansi Theme Park shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

5. Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.

6. Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be accepted for Mzansi Theme Park via PayGate (Pty) Ltd which is the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

7. Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by Mzansi Theme Park separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site.

8. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is the South African Rand (ZAR).

9. Responsibility

Mzansi Theme Park takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including the sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

10. Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Mzansi Theme Park chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature (106 Lake View Drive, Muldersdrift, Krugersdorp Mogale City, South Africa, 2000).

11. Variation

Mzansi Theme Park may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Rules & Regulations

1. General Conduct:

1.1. All visitors are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards fellow visitors, staff members, and the park’s facilities.

1.2. Profanity, offensive language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

1.3. Please follow all instructions provided by park staff members for your safety and enjoyment.

2. Health and Safety:

2.1. Guests must comply with all safety regulations, guidelines, and warnings posted throughout the park and on each attraction.

2.2. Proper attire, including footwear and appropriate clothing, must be worn at all times. Bare feet and swimwear may be restricted in certain areas.

2.3. Guests with medical conditions or disabilities that may affect their ability to participate in attractions should consult park staff before participating.

3. Park Entry:

3.1. All guests must possess a valid admission ticket, wristband, or pass to enter the park. These must be visible at all times.

3.2. Entry to the park signifies agreement to abide by all park rules and regulations.

4. Ticketing:

4.1. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

4.2. Tickets must be retained at all times and may be checked by park staff.

4.3. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets may be replaced at the discretion of park management upon presentation of valid identification and proof of purchase.

4.4. Counterfeit tickets or unauthorized resale of tickets will result in immediate ejection from the park without refund.

5. Food and Beverage:

5.1. Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the park premises.

5.2. Exceptions may be made for baby food/formula, special dietary requirements, or medical conditions. Please contact guest services in advance for approval.

6. Smoking and Alcohol:

6.1. Smoking is prohibited within designated non-smoking areas. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking zones.

6.2. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is limited to designated areas where alcohol is sold by the park.

7. Lost and Found:

7.1. Mzansi Theme Park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please keep personal belongings secure.

7.2. If you find a lost item, please turn it in to park staff or the designated Lost and Found area.

8. Photography and Videography:

8.1. Photography and videography for personal use are allowed, except in restricted areas. Commercial photography and filming require prior permission.

8.2. Respect the privacy of other guests when taking photos.

9. Attractions and Rides:

9.1. Follow all height, age, and health restrictions for each attraction.

9.2. Guests must remain seated and secure during the entire ride duration.

10. Pets and Animals:

10.1. Pets are not allowed within the park, with the exception of service animals.

11. Compliance with Laws:

11.1. All guests must comply with local laws, regulations, and Mzansi Theme Park’s rules and regulations.

12. Changes to Rules:

12.1. Mzansi Theme Park reserves the right to modify or amend these rules and regulations at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our official channels.

Failure to comply with these rules and regulations may result in removal from the park without refund.
